Our Original Chimichurri, the most traditional and popular recipe is a delicious mix of parsley, garlic, vegetable oil, vinegar and spices. It's wonderfully flavorful, natural and light. Although we recommend this flavor for red meat its definately great with poultry and seafood as well.
