Chimichurri is much more than a steak sauce, you can use it on almost everything.
It's great as a marinade or condiment for steak, chicken, fish, burgers, sausages, ribs, and chicken wings. It's also great as a condiment for rice, pasta, vegetables, or incorporated into various sauces. Use it before or after cooking foods. Be creative!
After fully cooking your pasta of choice, incorporate Chimichurri in the following way:
• Toss pasta with chimichurri and extra olive oil to taste - flavorful and light!
• Incorporate chimichurri into a cream-based sauce or a tomato-based sauce.
Chimichurri is great for snacks and hors d'oeuvres, the possibilities are endless: sample plate of dry sausage, cheeses, vegetables, and bread such as a baguette or fine crackers and chimichurri as a dipping sauce.
Take a slice of bread (French bread works well) and toast individually with Chimichurri spread on top; after slightly toasting, you can place a slice of tomato, a slice of prosciutto, and mozzarella cheese and warm until cheese is melted. After the cheese is melted, serve and decorate with a dab of Chimichurri!
Using either beef or chicken in very thin slices soak in egg batter with salt and pepper to taste. Then cover both sides with Italian bread crumbs and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. That's it! Now Chimichurri can be served over or on the side as a garnish for a delicious and very traditional Argentinean dish.

• If cooking your fish in the oven, after partially cooking both sides cover fish with chimichurri and perhaps extra vinegar or lemon juice, you'll love the taste.
